兩小孩不上學,一上學,咱們就一整天抱著她來回轉。這是很多家長非常關心的問題。
可能有家長說,我沒看見有人站在我們這兒說,你這里就是耍賴皮,鬧出這種事。
孩子不上學、休學、輟學在家每天都是黑白顛倒的在玩游戲，完全不學習，怎樣讓孩子順利重返學校愛上學習呢？
第一步、家長的認知觀念，穩定自己的情緒與能量場，提升溝通技巧來引導孩子；
第二步、糾正孩子的作息，運動，飲食，同時合理使用網絡的界限；
第三步、幫孩子做好心理建設，消除面對學習等焦慮情緒，讓孩子以良好的心態重返學校；
第四步、讓孩子開始看書或上補習班，提前適應學校的學習狀態；
第五步、和學校的老師做好溝通，請求老師幫助引導孩子對班級的歸屬感與榮譽感等；
第六步、孩子重返學校后，如何引導孩子的學習目標，學習動力，學習興趣等。

其實,這是個不科學的社會現象。我們大多數人都是當慣了這種。
每個人的大腦中都有一個容易被我們支配的“開關”,你是哪個開關,就會產生相應的情緒反應。
所以我們要讓孩子從小學會表達和溝通,而不是一直哭。
